The ERAdiate team sends their best wishes to their much respected colleague, Dietrich Leihs, who decided to move to pastures new. UNIZA and ERAdiate warmly thank him for his collaboration and his important contributions to the project.
In order to respond to the needs of the project, the ERAdiate team has welcomed four new staff members since January 2017: Ghadir Pourhashem, Lenka Kalúsová, Martina Biela, and Anna Závodská. Mgr Kalúsová, Mgr Biela and Dr Závodská will be working part-time.
Ghadir Pourhashem joined ERAdiate as a Senior Researcher in Intelligent Transport Systems. His expertise includes travel survey design, travel behaviour analysis, impact analysis of ICT and ITS applications on travel pattern and transportation demands, land-use analysis, travel demand modeling, transit-oriented development (TOD) planning and sustainable mobility planning in both academic and government research.
As Business Developer within the ERAdiate team, Anna Závodská, Head of Incubator at the UNIZA Research Centre, will manage business development activities such as: identifying Slovak stakeholders in the field of urban and interurban mobility and getting in contact with them as well as maintaining communication; finding partners for research projects; identifying funding resources and taking over the proposal writing.
Lenka Kalúsová, International Relations Office Assistant at the Faculty of Humanities, and Martina Biela will provide administrative support to the team and strengthen the connection between UNIZA faculties and ERAdiate.
