Following the departure of ERA Chair holder Dr. Karl Ernst Ambrosch, UNIZA appointed Prof. Tatiana Kováčiková as ERA Chair holder as from 1 October 2017. The ERAdiate team would like to warmly thank Dr. Ambrosch for the commitment and contribution to the project since 2015, and wishes Prof. Kováčiková every success in her new role.

Since September 2017, the ERAdiate team has welcomed four new staff members who will work mostly for the MoTiV project: Assoc. Prof. Marián Gogola, Dr. Martin Hudák (who both work on the data collection and analysis), M.A. Marco Capriotti and Dr. Miroslava Mikušová (who are supporting the administrative management of MoTiV).

As of January 2018, Mgr. Samia Ait Zaoucheová, who worked previously as a Project Assistant at the University Science Park, joined the ERAdiate team as an Administrative Assistant. Mgr. Zaoucheová’s main responsibilities cover administrative support to the Team. She will undertake general clerical duties, manage ERAdiate’s website and databases, as well as support the organisation of events and provide editing support.

In February 2018, Yannick Cornet will join ERAdiate as a Senior Researcher in Intelligent Transport Systems. Yannick is a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer in sustainable transport appraisal. His research covers the conceptualisation of sustainable transport, the operationalisation of these concepts into decision-support tools and indicators, and the application of this knowledge in real-world planning and governance context with regards to the ability to guide a sustainable mobility transition.
